Moody Ales & Co

Sitting at the quieter, West end of ‘The Row’, Moody Ales has a real old-world, rustic feel to it. A small brewery with most of the seating literally in the middle of the brewery floor, Moody Ales has plenty of character. The unique feature of Moody compared to it’s brewer’s row brethren is its cask ales – two hand-pull taps with a rotating offering of cask beers inspired by the motherland herself (the UK, not Russia). If cask isn’t your thing don’t worry, the rest of the beer menu is expansive with plenty of variety. While there’s no food truck outside, Moody offer plenty of light snacks to go with that beer.

One of the few breweries on the row to feature an actual bike rack, it’s well worth pedalling the extra few hundred feet to go and check them out.
