Half-Pint Wednesday Ride
Our Half-Pint Wednesday rides are designed for those new to cycling, looking to kick off some rust or looking to gain confidence riding around the area and/or in a group.
These rides take place every other Wednesday and are a very casual pace, 10km and all trail to make them as rider-friendly as possible.

Our Wednesday ride leader, Sarah, is a personal trainer with beSTRONG training and is always on hand give you advice on improving your stamina, recovery, stretching, etc… so you can ride in comfort and improve every time.
